Q: How long will my order take?A: We have an almost unlimited number of stock for each DVD we sell, so orders can be made instantly.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: At the moment we are only operating on TradeMe, so we just accept Bank Deposits.
Q: Can I return DVDs if I'm not happy with them?A: If the DVD is faulty in any way, then we will replace it with the same copy. However, if it is because you are not happy with the DVD we will not.
Q: Where do you deliver? How long will delivery take?A: We deliver anywhere in New Zealand via CourierPost. Postage usually takes 1-2 working days from when the payment is made.
Q: What happens if my parcel gets lost in the post?A: All packages sent have a Tracking number, so we can locate where your item was last. Out of the 3000+ customers we have sent goods to, we have only been unable to locate 2 (in which CourierPost refunded the cost of the goods).
Q: How discrete is the packaging?A: Because of the nature of the merchandise, all packaging is done very discretely, and also protected in bubblewrap to prevent goods from being damaged.
Q: If I live in a rural area, do I have to pay more for postage?A: Customers living in rural areas do NOT need to pay more for postage. Postage costs are the same anywhere in New Zealand.
Q: Are your DVDs all certified in New Zealand?A: All of the DVDs we sell have been classified by the New Zealand censors. They’re the exact same product you would find in any adult store.
